"I got a few estimates to replace the floor tile in my main shower. Carlton showed up, reviewed the work needed, and followed up with the most affordable estimate. I decided to go with him. He always communicated with me promptly, from giving me tips on the right tile to get, to keeping me informed of the start date of the job.
