"Tile Styles is the best tile company on the Big Island. We had a complicated resurfacing project for a failed waterproof membrane on our upper floor deck. We are fairly well versed on construction methods but Carlton was able to point out issues with the existing installation that could be remedied with a new substrate and flashing. This created a superior deck finish once the tile surface was installed. He was also very flexible with our complicated schedule which we appreciated very much.
